1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cassavida, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Cassavida (“Sponsor”).
3. How to Enter
To enter, complete the online entry form by scanning the QR code provided at participating Sprouts Farmers Market demo events and submitting your First Name, Email Address, and Zip Code. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting on September 1, 2025 and ending on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- 12-Pack variety of our Crunchy Cheese Bites (Flavors: Classic Cheese, Rosemary Garlic, Spicy Andean Ají).
- One (1) Cassavida T-shirt (standard size only).
- One (1) Cassavida Cap.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
$104.97. No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted on December 1, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the stated period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
9. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
